The terms that apply when you shop with Oceära.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once your bank transfer has been verified. Items are reserved for 24 hours after an order is placed; unpaid orders may be cancelled after that time.
Delivery
We deliver within the Maldives. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by island and courier availability.
Exchanges
Unworn items in original condition may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Please contact customer care to arrange an exchange.
